How do I place an order?

After selecting an art piece, please click on the "Add to Basket" button in the lower right corner of the center framed box. If you have finished shopping, click on the "View Basket" button in the upper left sidebar. After verifying that the number of items selected is correct, please click the "Continue" button in the lower right corner. If you have not already created an account, you will be asked to do so at this point. Returning customers may log into their account with their email and password. Your billing and delivery addresses will then be listed. Make any needed adjustments and click the "Continue button". Click on the radial button to choose Paypal as your payment method and then select "Continue" once more to be transferred to Paypal to complete the transaction.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive confirmation via email from Paypal of your payment. OriginalArtSale.com will process your order within 48 hours (with most orders being processed within 12 to 24 hours). Once the item has been shipped to you, we will send you an electronic mail with the tracking information. Most shipped items are received within 4 to 7 days from the time of the order depending on your location.

Can I have an item shipped to an address separate from my own billing address?

What countries do you ship to?

We currently provide shipping to the countries of Canada and the United States of America.

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique nature of the artwork provided by OriginalArtSale.com and the relationship with the artists and art providers, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact our Support Team and we may be able to arrange for an exchange for a similar painting.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact our Support Team within 5 days of receipt of the item to file a damaged goods claim.

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically when you place an order. We currently only collect sales tax on sales within our state. Depending on state and federal regulations, purchases made through mail-order or the internet may be required to be disclosed during your year ending tax filings.
